Our curriculum is built on the foundation of liberal arts education where students are exposed to all subject areas throughout the day and week. Students engage in critical thinking, reading, and writing in each subject area. Utilizing a multi-level learning model throughout our learning community, the students and faculty benefit from mentorship and learning among grade levels. Each section of students is comprised of two grade levels facilitated by a lead teacher and a co-teacher. Within this model, students are exposed to project based learning, Socratic seminar, rigorous writing and reading, and critical thinking and logic skills.
Notre Dame School also takes part in a series of initiatives such as Garden Education, Art Trek, and physical education that promote our commitment to whole child education. We invite you to explore the various curricula in our drop down menus.
