The Science curriculum follows the Archdiocese of Los Angeles Content Standards and Considerations as well as the California State Standards for Science. Junior High School students study topics in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

Students discover the cultural and social innovations of societies based in Europe, Africa, and Asia, which led to the discoveries of the Western World. Students assess the impact of leadership and philosophies that developed the world’s economies, government structures, and societal status. The students gain knowledge of the role and importance of exchanging ideas, which led to the development of the democratic processes.
8th
Students gain knowledge of the times, ideas, issues and events from the time of the discovery of the New World through the American Revolution and concludes at the time of the Civil War and its aftermath. Students learn of the relationship between Judeo-Christian Ideals and English traditions which impacted the engagement of American heroes in the formation of the United States as a nation and a people
