Students at The Notre Dame School wear a uniform that promotes discipline, pride in attending a Catholic school, and furthers the school's mission of equity and celebrating God's gifts to each individual rather than image or economic status. There have been some updates to our uniform policies for the upcoming year:
PE Uniforms are required for each student. You must purchase a red PE shirt through Dennis Uniform as well as either the mesh navy blue basketball shorts or the navy blue open bottom sweatpants. Grey or blue Jog A Thon shirts are also allowed for PE, but no other colors are allowed.
Navy blue leggings for female students are only allowed when worn under a jumper or a skirt. They are not allowed on PE days
Shortsare allowed for male students in grades preschool - PK for the months of August and September only
Shorts are allowed for male students in grades K-8 only for months of August and September
Belts are now only required for male students in grades 7th and 8th. The color must be black or brown.
Shoes worn on non-PE days must be solid colors of Navy blue, white, black, brown, or cardinal/burgundy. This includes any logos or brand names larger than one square inch.
Athletic shoes worn on PE days do not need to be solid color, but the primary color must be Navy blue, black, white, brown, or cardinal/burgundy.
